Whether you are a dedicated race-team athlete or just starting your hybrid journey, our Performance Tracks provide a structured path to success with expert-led sessions and unlimited gym access.

Each Track Includes:

  • Expert training in a High Performance Hyrox Hub with high-quality, race-relevant equipment

  • 24/7 Open Gym access for strength and supplementary work

  • Access to mobility class

  • Access to Run Club, including a 6-week structured running plan

  • Coaching support and a structured training environment

Our entry-level coached option, providing a strong basis for long-term progress and clear pathway to upgrade as training volume and goals increase.

  • I’ve always been athletic—from track and field to gymnastics. For years now, I’ve been doing CrossFit and considered myself to be fit. I’ve had competition experience since childhood, though always as part of a team. I’ve also taken part in various running races on my own and have always been a strong endurance runner. 

    However, because of CrossFit, I significantly reduced my running sessions as they no longer fit into my training schedule.

    In CrossFit competitions, I was never the strongest. But endurance, perseverance, and gymnastics were always my strengths—the parts I truly loved. At some point, CrossFit friends told me: “there’s this new thing called HYROX. This is your sport! Running, burpees, and pushing through!

    When I attended my very first HYROX class with Guy and Sabine, I truly felt my weak points and had the overwhelming sense of being totally unfit. 

    My first HYROX competition was in Basel, where I participated in the Women Open Doubles. Yet I knew I wasn’t fully prepared, and I was then introduced to Hyexpert, at the end of 2024.

    This year, I wanted to try the Single Pro to see how I would perform individually. I was able to complete the competition in February 2025 successfully, with a time of 1:22:36 (Rank 5 in my age category) though the preparation time was rather limited and on competition day i did not feel super strong. I had the confidence, the support and the joy which gave me the strength to finish this race with a big smile on my face. Thanks again! 

    Even with my Swiss Federal Fitness Diploma and my knowledge of fitness and strength training, HYROX stands out by covering all the essential training principles.
