Guy is a two-time HYROX Men’s Pro Solo World Champion. Together with Sabine, they have competed at the highest level, previously holding the HYROX Mixed Doubles age-group world record.

A powerhouse in the Men’s Pro 50–54 division, Guy is the current World Record Holder with a lightning-fast time of 1:02:35 — and a two-time HYROX World Champion. With 12 solo wins, multiple podiums, and standout performances in both individual and doubles events, he’s one of the sport’s most accomplished athletes.

A three-time Hyrox World Championship qualifier, Sabine has made her mark in both Mixed Doubles and Women’s Solo. Together with Guy “Ports” Portlock, she clocked an impressive 55-minute Mixed Doubles time — the second fastest in their category for the 2024–25 season — and secured 2nd place at the European Championships.

Beyond the racecourse, Sabine holds a Swiss national record in Olympic lifting and brings a strong academic background with a BSc in Sports and Sport Science. As a qualified physiotherapist and nutritionist, she combines expert knowledge with hands-on experience to help athletes move better, recover faster, and train smarter.

Known for her strength, focus, and no-nonsense approach, Sabine is passionate about helping others become fitter, stronger, and more resilient — both physically and mentally.
