    This bespoke training plan, combines an initial onsite training followed by 1-month online coaching. It is for dedicated athletes who want to progress quickly in the world of Hyrox and take their race times to another level.

    - Station Technique Coaching: Best practices for all 8 stations, solo and doubles, plus access to an exclusive technique video library.

    - Video Feedback & Time Reduction Strategies: Send us your station videos for expert feedback and time-saving tips.

    - Custom Running Plan: A running plan tailored to your current level and training needs.

    - Monthly Progress Check-Ins: A 20-minute one-to-one video call each month to track progress and update plans.
