Integrated Performance Training

The Run Club is a core pillar of our methodology and is integrated into all our Performance Tracks . It works in synergy with our HYROX Coached Classes for strength and conditioning, 24/7 Open Gym Access for independent work, and Weekly Mobility Sessions for recovery.

Our sessions are coach-led and built around progressive training blocks designed to improve both fitness and confidence.

World-Class Treadmill Training

Our Run Club sessions are delivered on world-class treadmills capable of reaching speeds up to 25 kph. We use the treadmill as a precision performance tool to control pace, intensity, and progression.

Our structured sessions allow you to:

  • Train precise pacing and race-specific speed.

  • Develop top-end speed safely.

  • Simulate real race conditions.

  • Build progressive aerobic capacity in a controlled environment
