Welcome back to our monthly newsletter

A quick look back at last month’s highlights, race results and a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Race results

In April, we saw an incredible race season across Cologne, Malaga and Paris!

In Cologne, strong performances were delivered by Hubertina & Kathy (1:13), Michi & Jana (1:03:56), Maurizio (1:17:02), Mirjam & Sacha (1:24:55) and Mike & Nadine (1:10:45).

In Malaga, Sabine & Guy finished in 56:13, followed by Ceyda & Beri in 1:12:20.

In Paris, Aline completed the race in 1:52:30.

A huge congratulations to all athletes for their effort, determination and team spirit across all locations!

We are very much looking forward to the upcoming races still to come this season.

Hubertina and Kathy

Hubertina & Kathy (1:13)

… prepared together for a long time and very consistently for this race, with a clear goal of breaking 1:10. While they are a bit disappointed not to have reached that mark, they still delivered a very strong and impressive performance.

We are confident that next time, the sub-70 will be theirs for sure!

Jana and Michi

Jana & Michi (1:03:56)

What an incredible time of 1:03 by Michi and Jana, especially competing in such a strong category. Their daily training and consistency clearly paid off and were fully reflected in this outstanding performance.

We are proud of you and look forward to seeing you back in training soon!

Maurizio

Maurizio (1:17:02)

… took on his very first HYROX race, competing solo in the individual category, and completed it with an excellent time of 1:17. His focused and disciplined preparation clearly paid off on race day.

It’s great to have him as part of the team, and we’re proud of what he achieved.

Mirjam and Sacha

Mirjam & Sacha (1:24:55)

… completed their very first race together – and anyone who knows the story knows that not only the race itself was a fantastic achievement, but also the effort Miriam put in to make sure Sascha actually made it to the start line.

And let’s just say… more than one pair of shoes may have played a role in the background. Those who know, know.

You two are amazing – here’s to the next race!

Nadine and Mike

Nadine & Mike (1:10:45)

Anyone who has seen Mike and Nadine in training will not be surprised by the strong performance they delivered. Nadine is not only great behind the camera, but also showed, together with Mike, an outstanding performance on race day – they absolutely rocked the race. Great energy, strong teamwork and a brilliant result!

Savs and Ports

Savs & Ports

… took part in the race in Malaga and were very happy with their performance on race day.

But the real highlight was arguably the two well-earned days afterwards spent at the beach – sunshine, sea and full recovery mode. A perfect way to recharge after the effort… some might say that was the real win 😉

A big thank you to our coaches for keeping everything running smoothly at the box in our absence – it’s great not having to worry about a thing.

Ceyda and Beri

Ceyda & Beri (1:12:20)

… completed their very first doubles race together with an impressive time of 1:12 – despite not really knowing each other beforehand.

As Ceyda says: “This is just the beginning!”

A huge congratulations to all of you on this strong start as a team!

Aline

Aline (1:52:30)

A huge congratulations to Aline, who completed her very first race completely on her own in Paris – and did so with flying colours.

Anyone who knows her knows she always brings great energy and good vibes to training, and we’re looking forward to many more great sessions with her, as well as her next race!

Last month’s highlights

NOCCO Power Hour community highlight
NOCCO Power Hour

NOCCO Power Hour

Last month, we hosted our second NOCCO Power Hour — and once again, it was a highlight.

The class brought serious energy from start to finish: a highly competitive session, plenty of sweat and a strong sense of focus throughout. At the same time, there was a great atmosphere with lots of fun, motivation and team spirit pushing everyone forward.

Of course, no NOCCO session would be complete without a reward — and everyone earned a well-deserved NOCCO prize for their effort and performance.

We’re proud of how the community showed up and can’t wait for the next one.

Save the date: our next NOCCO Power Hour will take place on 28 June.

Pic of the month: claiming the No.1 flag

After winning the WOD, these two legends clearly felt there was only one appropriate next step – claiming the No.1 flag like newly crowned European Champions.

Confidence level: high.
Humility level: still under review 😉
