Race results

Women Doubles Pro Copenhagen

We would like to give a special shoutout to Damiana and Eveline for their race at the HYROX Women Doubles Pro in Copenhagen. The two of them finished with a strong time of 1:19:19, but what made us even prouder than the result itself was the way they approached and handled the race.

For Eveline, this was her first Pro race after competing in Open races before. She stepped up to the Doubles Pro division alongside the very experienced Doubles Pro racer Damiana, and the two of them worked incredibly well as a team, stayed calm and supported each other throughout the race. They told us afterwards how much they enjoyed the race and the whole experience.

As coaches, we are very proud of both of you. Not just because of the performance and the time, but because of your mindset, your team spirit and the way you stepped up to the challenge.

Great job, ladies!

European Championships London

We’re excited to share a highlight from our recent race at the European Championships in London! We competed in the Mixed Doubles race and finished with a strong time of 56:18, earning the European title and bringing it back to Basel.

In a competitive field, we stuck to our plan — strong, consistent stations and steady running — and it worked out perfectly. The event at London Olympia was incredible, and we enjoyed the challenge from start to finish. Now it’s back to training in the gym as we prepare for the World Championships in Stockholm this June.

We’re especially grateful for our community at Hyexpert Training. Your energy and dedication in every session push us to keep improving and striving for results like these. Being part of such a supportive environment makes it possible to chase big goals while enjoying the journey.

Here’s to continuing the hard work together — and to many more personal and team achievements ahead!

Nocco Power Hour

Nocco Power Hour

We recently ran our first Nocco Power Hour — a solid, competitive session with a good turnout.

It was a well-structured workout, people pushed hard, and everyone came away with a goodie bag.

We’ll be running another one soon.

HYEXPERT Benchmark Week

Benchmark Week

Starting Monday 25 May, we’ll be running a Benchmark Week.

Across the week, classes will focus on:

  • Benchmarking HYROX stations (Singles format)
  • A 1K run test

On Saturday at 08:00, we’ll finish with a 5K run test. The route will be marked out outside (weather permitting). While the class is normally capped at eight, more people are welcome to join for the 5K test.

This week is an opportunity to track where you’re at and set a baseline for the next training block.

Don’t stress – it’s just a number!

Upcoming races

Upcoming HYROX races

With Lisbon coming up soon as well at the beginning of May.

Don’t forget – if you’d like, share your participation, your result and photo in the members’ WhatsApp chat so we can give you a shoutout and highlight the results.

Good luck to everyone racing and DO MORE!!
