How It Works

Your journey begins with a 45-minute face-to-face consultation with Guy and Sabine. During this session, we’ll analyse your Hyrox history, results, current training approach, and personal goals.

The first month is all about deep analysis and foundation work.

We’ll review your current station techniques, identify where time can be gained, and share detailed video examples of the methods and techniques that have helped us achieve success in Hyrox.

Based on this analysis and your training background, we’ll build your personalised 6-week training plan, designed to target your specific strengths and weaknesses.

After your first month, your subscription continues as a fully guided online coaching experience. Each 6 weeks, your programme is updated and progressed to ensure continual development and performance improvement.
